Pennyroyal(Mentha Pulegium)

Medicinal Properties

Expectorant, emmenagogic, antispasmodic, vermifuge, diuretic, aromatic.

Recommended for

Tea: Diminishes stomach pains, helps to diminish coughing, stimulates breathing.
Scent: Keeps insects away.

Sage (Salvia Officinalis)

Medicinal Properties

Emmenagogic, antispasmodic, antisudorific, astringent, antipyretic, atiseptic, carminative, aromatic, vulnerary.

Recommended for

Tea: Improves digestiong, helps the blood circulations, improves memory and concentration.
External Use: Reduce bucal – pharyngeal affections, insect’s bites.

Mexican Tea, Epazote, or Wortseed (Chenopodium Ambrosioides)

Recommended for

Tea: Helps to eliminate intestinal parasites.

Plantain (Plantago Lanceolata)

Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis)

Antispasmodic, sedative, analgesic, carminative, digestive, antiseptic, fungicide, antiviral.

Recommended for

Tea: Helps overcome insomnia problems, anti-stress, sotmach pains, and menstrual pains.

Echinacea (Echinacea Angustifolia)

Feverfew (Tanacetum Parthenium Ó Chrysanthemum Parthenium)
